Bruner Middle School Chiller Building & Cooling Towers - Okaloosa County School District

This project consists of the replacement of the existing Air Cooled Chiller with two new 250 ton units and associated cooling towers that will provide for redundancy and allow for maintenance activities during school hours. Variable frequency drives will be installed to replace the existing, failing controls and to alleviate the labor intensive manual controls that are currently in operation. New pumps and piping is included to the new towers. In addition to the new chillers and towers a new Chiller Building was included to include removable transom so that either chiller could be pulled at any time without affecting the operation of the other chiller.
